ow well people are managed determines to a large extent whether they flourish and grow as valuable contributors to the organisation, or whether they wither, turning into ‘dead wood’.
‘People issues’ take up most of every manager’s day. And it is often the most feared of all management responsibilities. For good reason – it’s complicated, emotional and rarely rationale. But it doesn’t have to be done poorly or painfully.
This Program provides a practical framework (scaffolding) and skills to manage the people side of the resource equation. It is about helping you make sure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, and have the rights skills to do their jobs.
