The health and aged care sector is facing unprecedented change. It is possible to navigate through this chaos but it requires leadership, innovation, adaptability and input at every level of the service.  In this Module you will:

  • Understand the core elements of change management.
  • Engage in practical change management planning
  • Understand the nature of change in our world today and our response to it (Why we might resist or not)
  • Identify a system, process and culture that will foster continuous collaborative improvement.
  • Identify what you need to do to change and continually improve
You will receive a certificate of participation indicating the hours your have undertaken.
You will not receive a statement of attainment or formal qualification.
